Terms of Service

By accessing or using LiminaHub you confirm you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter a binding contract. If you use LiminaHub on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

LiminaHub is a Business Buddy for people running a business on their own. It connects to your tools (email, payments, CRMs, and more), monitors your business, and — at higher autonomy levels — drafts responses, runs workflows, and acts on your behalf. Components include the Observe monitoring engine, the Business Buddy chat interface, the Workflows orchestrator, the Memory layer, and the Marketplace for third-party agents.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

If you suspect unauthorised access, notify us immediately at security@liminahub.ai.

One account per person. You may create multiple workspaces within a single account.

Connecting a tool grants LiminaHub the permissions required to operate that integration on your behalf. We request the minimum permissions necessary. You can revoke any connection at any time from Settings.

When you enable autonomous levels (Draft, Run, or Own), you authorise LiminaHub to take actions through your connected tools. You are responsible for reviewing the scope of actions you enable and for the outcomes those actions produce.

LiminaHub is a read-only observer at Level 1 (Watch). Levels 2–4 involve write actions; enable them only when you are comfortable with the configured scope.

You agree not to:

• Use LiminaHub to violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer the platform or circumvent security controls.
• Use automated tools to access LiminaHub beyond the provided API.

LiminaHub offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

We will give 14 days' notice of material pricing changes via email or in-app notification.

Payment failures trigger a grace period before service suspension. You can cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

LLM token usage (where applicable) is billed separately at cost through LiminaHub's routing layer and itemised on your invoice.

LiminaHub Pvt Ltd owns all platform IP: software, algorithms, trademarks, and documentation.

You retain ownership of your data, workflows, and any content you create. By using the platform you grant LiminaHub a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process your data solely to deliver the service.

This is especially important at higher autonomy levels, where the agent acts on your connected tools.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Planned maintenance and unexpected outages may occur.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. LiminaHub may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Maharashtra, India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court.

We will notify you of material revisions at least 14 days in advance via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
