How do I get started?
Connect one tool and let it watch. Start on the Free plan with 5,000 credits, and Observe is read-only — it reads what you already run on, raises the one thing that needs you, and cannot act until you move the dial.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you pay only for the days remaining in your term. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal, so you keep what you have already paid for.
Can I upgrade or downgrade autonomy levels?
Anytime, in both directions, on any plan. Each level is the one below it plus a single extra permission, so moving up or down changes only what your Business Buddy is allowed to do — not what it knows.
What's the difference between Automate and Autopilot?
Automate runs the playbooks you've defined. Autopilot decides which playbooks to run to hit a goal you set.
Is my data safe at higher autonomy?
What protects you is the level, not a setting you have to remember. Observe can only read — it has no ability to write to anything you have connected. Assist can draft, but you are the one who sends. Automate acts only inside a playbook you wrote. Nothing moves up on its own, and you can move it back down at any time.
What does it keep, and for how long?
It keeps what it found and its own record of what it did — the run logs and traces behind every answer, so you can see why it did something. Connections are encrypted with a key of their own, nothing you connect is sold, and none of it trains a general model. Retention periods are set out in the privacy policy.
